The "I Just Bought a House!" Package

If you’ve recently completed the purchase of a home, first of all, congratulations! Second of all, you’ve come to the right place. Chances are you already have a long list of to-do items in order to get fully settled into your new home. This package will get you twenty hours of design time towards whatever you need to help make the transition process so much smoother.
You have many options of how to use your design hours including:

• A review of your existing furniture and accessories to determine best placement in your new home and assistance with sourcing new items
• Professional recommendations for colors, counters, flooring, tile, hardware, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and art/accessories
• Computer modeling of your space in 3D using design software to assist you in visualizing remodeling, room layouts and furniture selections
• A trade day, organized and led by us, for tradespersons to come and bid on your home improvement projects if needed (painters, tilers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and flooring installers)
• Anything else design related – just ask!

Please note: twenty hours can go even further depending on whether the lead designer or a design assistant are doing specific tasks related to your project. You’ll be amazed at all the things we can accomplish in twenty hours. However, if twenty hours is not enough time, no worries - additional bundles of time can be purchased in five-hour increments.
