Real Estate Design Assessment

At Interior Harmony, we know real estate. Really well. We tour homes for sale each week in the Bellevue, Medina, Clyde Hill and Yarrow Point area and have done so for the past eight years. Our experience with the area real estate market paired with our deep knowledge of interior design means that we are a trusted resource as you look to either purchase or sell a home in the area. IH can provide you with an independent assessment of the design challenges and opportunities in your property.
To that end, we offer a unique service called a Real Estate Design Assessment. We know how valuable it can be to have an independent, 3rd party evaluate a property alongside you and provide an objective opinion on the various design pros and cons of a home.
The assessment is a full examination of the home from a design standpoint and is helpful for both buyers and sellers. We are adept at looking past the pretty staging and styling to see the home as it really is. The assessment includes the following:

• Examination of the style and finishes throughout the home. We will share with you our views on their quality, projected longevity, and style harmony in terms of marketability or alignment with buyer’s preferences. This includes flooring, cabinetry and casework, wall finishes, tile installations, etc.
• Assessment of layout of rooms, their functionality and sizes, and site orientation of the home with suggestions for design direction either before selling or after buying
• Notations on other features such as lighting, window treatments, appliance packages, entry experience, and curb appeal

What we’ll deliver to you:

• A written, detailed assessment that captures our findings including color photos
• A 30 minute phone or virtual meeting to review the assessment
