Essentials Room Design Package - Virtual

We create the design, you do the sourcing and shopping!
After getting to know you and your space, we will develop a custom design that reflects your unique style. Using our software, we will create detailed 3D images of your space including floor plans and elevations, as well as custom mood boards, custom color selections, and a curated inspiration list of suggested furniture and accessories. We will include recommended furniture dimensions so that you can shop with confidence. We can even incorporate your existing pieces of furniture into your redesigned space. Then, you do the shopping and bring your project to life.
This service is right for you if:

• You want professional guidance on how best to lay out and style your space
• You want us to select the specific pieces of furniture and larger accessories to outfit your space (larger accessories include rugs, artwork, lamps, and plants)
• You’re willing to manage and implement the project on your own based on our recommendations
• You’re willing to do an accurate measure of your space using a tape measure and our guidelines and submit photos of your space to us

This package includes:

• A thorough intake process including a client questionnaire as well as a 30-minute virtual consult
• Building your space in 3D using design software. You’ll receive floor plans, elevations and multiple room views. Photorealistic renderings available as an add-on for $75/each
• Designer recommendations for color scheme, furniture style and sizes, materials, lighting, artwork and accessories
• A 30-minute virtual design presentation meeting
• One revision of the proposed design, to be delivered virtually

Your final package includes the following:

• Finalized floor plans, elevations, and 3D views, as well as renderings (if purchased)
• Color/materials palette & mood board
• A numerated list of items for you to source for your space, including ideal measurements for each piece, with corresponding numbers on floor plans and elevations so you know exactly where to place everything
• Interior Harmony’s guide to vendors who focus on sustainability
• 30 minutes of design time for follow-up questions after delivery of final package

Please note:

• Excludes kitchens and baths. Price is for design fee only. No furnishings are included. Additional revisions and photorealistic renderings available as add-on purchases.
• This package does not include recommendations for specific pieces of furniture and accessories to purchase from retailers. For that option, please see the Deluxe package.
• This package includes up to 30 minutes of time follow-up questions once the final package has been sent. After 30 minutes, client will be billed at an hourly rate of $195 in 15-minute increments.
• This package is for rooms up to 300 square feet. For rooms over 300 square feet, we will provide fixed price quote based on specific room measurements.
