Signature Room Design Package

Our Signature Package provides the highest level of service and attention to detail. Not only will you receive a beautiful design for your space, but you will rest easy knowing that we will order, track, receive and install all items. We will source your items from our carefully vetted trade-only vendors which ensures that your space will have a truly unique design as well as the highest level of quality. With this package, you will get a “reveal day” and the pleasure of seeing your space come together without the stress and hassle of doing it yourself.
After getting to know you and your space, we'll develop a custom design that reflects your unique style. Using our software, we'll create 3D images and renderings of your space including floor plans and elevations, as well as custom mood boards, and color and material selections. We can even incorporate your existing pieces of furniture into your redesigned space.
This service is right for you if:

  • You lead a busy life and prefer to outsource the selection, ordering, tracking, receipt, and installation of your furniture and accessories
  • You understand the value of letting a professional do what they do best
  • You want to invest in quality and healthy/eco-friendly finishes, furnishings and materials
  • Starting with an empty room, you plan to invest at least $20,000 in furnishings and accessories. We are always happy to integrate your existing pieces into a space whenever possible

This package includes:

  • A thorough intake process including a 2-hour in-person consultation and professional measure
  • Building your space in 3D using design software including photorealistic renderings, floor plans, elevations and multiple room views
  • Designer recommendations for color scheme, furniture style and sizes, materials, lighting, artwork and accessories
  • Professional sourcing of all furniture and accessory items including ordering, tracking, troubleshooting, vendor management, receipt, and installation
  • A 2-hour in-person meeting in which we’ll present our designs and furniture recommendations
  • Two revisions of the proposed design
  • 1 hour of design time for follow up questions after installation is fully completed (virtual, phone or email)

Please note:

  • Pricing is for the design fee only. Excludes kitchens and baths.
  • This package is only available as an in-person service or as a combined virtual/in-person service as decided on a case-by-case basis.
  • This package includes sourcing, ordering, tracking, receipt, storage, delivery and installation of furniture and accessories (placement in room). For items requiring assembly or fixed installation (example: artwork hung on wall studs), the services of a carpenter will be required and billed at an hourly rate of $100.
  • In making room design recommendations, Interior Harmony may propose changes to the space that require the services of trade professionals such as painters, flooring installers, electricians, or carpenters. The pricing for this package does not include any labor or material costs for trade services. Any trade work to be performed must be contracted directly between the client and trade vendor. Project management services by Interior Harmony are available at a rate of $195 per hour as part of a separate agreement.
  • This package includes up to 1 hour for follow up questions after final installation is complete, available virtually or by phone or email. After 1 hour, client will be billed at an hourly rate of $195 in 15-minute increments.
  • This package is for rooms up to 300 square feet. For rooms over 300 square feet, we will provide fixed price quote based on specific room measurements and attributes.
