Construction Document Review Session

Blueprints. Floorplans. Elevations. Construction documents are flat, technical drawings, and, quite honestly, not always easy to understand or visualize. Let us apply our expert skills to examine your construction documents and walk you through them in easy to understand terms. We'll look for ways to improve them to ensure that you have the best possible design.
This service is right for you if:

• You've already started working with an architect and/or general contractor and they have produced printed construction documents and given them to you for review, but you're not feeling 100% confident about moving forward
• You want someone who has experience reading these documents to perform a careful review and analysis and to be an objective, second set of eyes to make sure the plans fully incorporate all your design needs

What this service includes:

• A customized intake process before the session so we can review your project ahead of time and maximize our time together
• A 90-minute meeting with Christina and an assistant
• A written summary of notes and observations at the end of the session, delivered virtually

*session is priced for up to 90 minutes. If client completes all desired topics in under 90 minutes, no refunds are given. If client desires additional time, client will be billed in 15-minute increments at an hourly rate of $195.
